Medicated calf milk supplement to provide a balanced feed nutrient value, maintain health and vitality and optimise performance. Contains Bovatec for the control of coccidiosis and reduction of faecal shedding caused by Eimeria bovis and Eimeria Zuernii in growing cattle and for improved liveweight gains and feed conversion efficiency in growing cattle.

Accidental consumption of lasalocid or monensin medicated feed should be avoided. 

May prove fatal if fed to equids.

DO NOT FEED TO NEWBORN CALVES WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS OF LIFE. 

Excessive consumption of ionophores or use within first 24 hours of life may result in ionophores toxicity in young calves. Concurrent use of milk additives that contain ionophores (lasalocid or monensin) should be avoided or carefully monitored.

COLOSTRUM FEEDING

Feed good quality first colostrum soon after birth – follow industry best practice. 

If first colostrum is not available feed ProfeSTART Colostrum Supplement.

CALF DOSE

Add to calf milk or calf milk replacer feeds.

1 level scoop approximates 50g of powder (5x 10g calf doses).

*Calves >80kg: adjust dosage to ensure calves receive at least 1mg/kg bodyweight of lasalocid from all feed (milk & solid) sources.

FEEDING GUIDELINES

NOTE: As a supportive measure during times of disease, stress, ill-thrift and gastric upset add FortiMILK GREEN to all electrolyte feeds and/or can be added to milk feeds for the first 2-3 weeks of life.
